Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Tourist SOS website, applications, and services (the “Services”) offered by Tourist SOS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Tourist SOS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It supplements, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. We may update this policy from time to time; the current version always governs.

You may not use the Services to, or to attempt to:

• Engage in or facilitate any illegal activity;
• Infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate the intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
• Upload, transmit, or introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful or malicious code;
• Attempt to breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or any related system or network;
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise engage in unauthorized automated collection of data from the Services;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue burden on the Services or the networks or systems connected to the Services;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization; or
• Upload or submit information you know to be false, misleading, or fraudulent.

Our AI assistant, Terra, is provided to help you communicate with us and navigate the Services. You may not use Terra to:

• Generate unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content;
• Attempt to extract, infer, or gain access to other users' data or confidential information; or
• Probe, manipulate, or attempt to bypass Terra's intended operation or safety controls.

Terra is an AI system, not a medical professional, attorney, or emergency dispatcher. Do not rely on Terra for definitive medical, legal, or emergency decisions. See our Medical Disclaimer for more on what Terra and the Services can and cannot do.

Some parts of the Services help coordinate a response during a travel medical emergency. You may not misuse, falsely trigger, or make fraudulent use of any emergency-coordination feature. If you are experiencing a real emergency, contact local emergency services first (for example, dial 911, 112, or your destination's local emergency number) before or while using our Services.

If we believe you have violated this AUP, we may, in our discretion and without notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Services, remove or disable access to any content, and take any other action we deem appropriate — including reporting unlawful activity to, and cooperating with, law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.
