How these documents fit together

The applicable Terms govern use of the Services; the Medical Disclaimer explains coordination, AI, and independent-provider limits. Privacy and cookie notices explain data practices and choices. Reading a notice does not itself supply consent where a separate choice or authorization is required.

Business services may require an approved order form, service agreement, DPA, BAA, or other product-specific terms. The parties must identify which versions and schedules actually apply. An approved DPA needs completed processing and security details, and any required transfer instrument; this website does not sign those documents for either party.

Pricing descriptions, FAQs, demonstrations, and these documents should describe the same service. A disclaimer does not establish an unverified capability, erase a mandatory right, or replace a required operational safeguard.

Before relying on a business agreement

Confirm the legal parties and authorized signers, service scope and pricing, document versions, applicable data and security schedules, notice contacts, and any required licenses, supplier agreements, or transfer safeguards. A draft, a vendor listing, or a security roadmap is not evidence that those steps are complete.

For privacy requests, use the contact details in the Privacy Policy; for a vulnerability, use Trust & Security. General legal or business messages are not monitored emergency dispatch channels. In a real emergency, contact the local emergency services first.
