TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TOURIST SOS'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR OUR SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE INCIDENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
