How SOS Pro Fits Into the Tourist SOS Ecosystem for Providers

Why Tourist SOS puts local provider capability at the center: SOS Pro for your team, practical onboarding choices, and an ecosystem designed around clearer coordination and greater independence.

General business information for provider teams. Features and support depend on your plan and agreed service. Insurers determine coverage and payment; software or billing support cannot guarantee either.

Clinics, small hospitals, ambulance services, and evacuation companies know the practical realities of their destinations. They know who is on shift, how a referral works locally, and which questions patients ask at reception. Tourist SOS's provider mission starts with respect for that knowledge and a question: what would help these teams work with more clarity and confidence when care crosses borders?

SOS Pro is the provider-facing part of the Tourist SOS ecosystem. The current offer combines provider presence, readiness, and intake tools with options for assisted setup and managed administrative support. Our aim is to give local teams a useful system, help them learn it, and support them as they decide how much of the work to manage themselves.

Why We Are Building SOS Pro

A provider's daily work sits at the meeting point of several organizations. A traveler brings information from home. A payer asks for documentation. A referring business needs a clear contact. A transport operator has its own service to confirm. Each interaction can leave the clinic or hospital with another administrative task to own.

We are building SOS Pro around the provider's place in that journey. The public offer includes a provider profile and a configurable tourist-ready app. Assisted setup and managed support options let teams discuss what they want to handle internally and where help would be useful. Full self-service billing is a separate product scope from Tourist-Ready; confirm available capabilities and access in a provider conversation.

How the Parts of Tourist SOS Fit Together

Tourist SOS is the company behind this work. Terra is our public interface and AI assistant, with experiences described for travelers, providers, and payers. SOS Safe supports preparedness among the tourism businesses around them. You may also see the following product names:

  • SOS Pro: the provider tools and related support offer for clinics, hospitals, and transport providers.
  • SOS Travel: the traveler-facing application, with information and preparation features such as emergency contacts and a document wallet in the current offer.
  • SOS Safe: preparedness and guest-safety tools for hospitality and tourism businesses.
  • Command Center: operational tooling we are developing to support authorized coordination and a clearer understanding of the work around a case.

This is the direction of the ecosystem. Each product has its own available features, access arrangements, and service scope; a shared brand does not mean every connection is already live. Our explanation of what Tourist SOS is building sets out the broader mission and roles.

What That Means for a Provider

Consider a visitor who asks a hotel where to find care, contacts a clinic, and later needs documents for an insurer. The traveler, hospitality team, provider, and payer each need different information. Our ecosystem approach is to build useful tools around those roles and make agreed administrative handoffs easier to understand.

For your team, a practical starting point could be an accurate provider profile, a clearer intake routine, or help with the documentation behind a GOP request. The provider continues to decide which services it can accept and how it delivers care. A payer decides its financial commitments. Tourist SOS's role is defined by the agreed tools and support.

Independence Is Something We Can Build Together

We want a team using SOS Pro to grow comfortable with its own routine: knowing what information to collect, how to explain a pending request, and when to ask for help. That ambition shapes our offer of self-service, guided setup, and managed support. Teaching a team to handle more of its own work is a valuable outcome for us.

We are happy to discuss hands-on online training, white-glove setup, and a visit to your clinic, hospital, or operations team by arrangement. Scope, availability, travel, and fees are agreed in advance. If managed support is the best starting point, we can discuss the skills you want to build alongside it. Your staff's questions belong in that conversation.

Start With the Work You Want to Understand Better

You can evaluate SOS Pro by asking us to explain how an offered workflow would fit your team, what support it would involve, and what remains your responsibility. Compare the three support approaches and review the current provider plans. Bring one administrative challenge, described without patient details, to the provider inquiry.

A better working day can begin with one clear process and someone who takes the time to understand your team. That is the kind of partnership we want to build: practical help today, and more capability in your hands as you move forward.
